We identified a critical gap between our community and access to local leaders, legislators, and available resources. Many valuable programs and services exist, but they are often underutilized due to lack of awareness.

To address this, we will research and compile a comprehensive list of free and low-cost resources within our communities and different organizations. This information will be accessible Here, making it easy for individuals and families to find support, opportunities, and events in one centralized location. Using a grassroots approach, we will share this resource throughout the community by visiting local stores, schools, and neighborhoods—encouraging residents to scan the QR code and stay connected. Our goal is to bridge the gap, increase access, and build stronger, more informed communities through connection and awareness.
